Answer  the following questions:

1. Why was the king advised to go to magicians?

Ans:  In order to decide the right time for doing something, it is necessary to look after into the future and that could be done by magicians only. So, the king advised to go the magicians.

2. In answer  to the second question, whose advice did the people say would be important to the king?

Ans: In answer to the second question, the advice of councilors, or doctors and priest, would be the important.    

         

3. What suggestions were  made  in answer  to the third question ?

Ans: In answer  to the third questions, some said that the most important thing was science, other said fighting and others chose religious worship.

4. Did the wise men win the reward ? If not, why not?

Ans: No, the wise men did not reward because each of them answered differently. King was not satisfied.

5.   How did the king and the hermit help the wounded man?

Ans: The king with the help of hermit removed the wounded  man’s cloths, washed his wound and covered it with his handkerchief. He redressed it till the blood stopped flowing.
