Apr 26, 2021: 53 year old woman was killed in Sonitpur district Rangapara of Assam. A 53-year-old woman was killed and her body buried in a forest in a suspected case of "witch-hunting" in Sonitpur district of Assam, officials said on Sunday.

आसामनिनो सिङाव थानाय सनितपुर ड्रिस्टिकनि 53 बोसोर बैसोनि सासे आयजोखौ दायनी खालामग्रा होनना सन्देह खालामनानै बुथारदों आरो बिनि गोथै देहाखौ हाग्रायाव एरसोखोमानानै दोनदों।  

Senior Officials नि बुंनाय बायदियैब्ला, बे गिलु-बालु जाथाया रंगापाड़ा पुलिस स्टेशन ओनसोलनि सिङाव थानाय गेरुवाजुलि गामियाव सनिबारै  हरआव जादोंमोन। According to senior officials, the gruesome incident took place at Geruajuli village in the Rangapara police station area on Saturday night.
